I'm thinking the May 3rd Eugene Half sounds good. I've heard GREAT things about that course. And seriously, the word on the street (ha ! total pun !) is that the Seattle RNR is supposed to be stellar. Good course, fun... and it will be taking the place of the Seattle Marathon that is usually in November (um yeah... running a marathon in November in Seattle.. brilliant planning that was ..NOT!)
I'll find some fun 5K / 10Ks and post those soon too. And remember... it's not about speed (well, for some it might be) it's about getting out there and doing it ! Walk, run , jog, just MOVE !
