a trainer.. hhmm...

it's a trainer... to me a trainer is someone who counts your reps... and supersets your weight... hhmmm... Rob's gonna set it up for me with his bike.  Here's the downside:
  • it'll take up space in a very limited space condo - so it might have to wait until after Christmas
  • you know somehow I'll fall off this at least once
  • i can still drink slurpees while riding ... or margaritas for that matter
Upside:
  • I can watch tv and ride at the same time
  • If it's looking at me daily, I'll have to use it
  • i get to go shopping for a pair of longer shorts.. .running shorts just don't cut it on a bike
  • i'll throw a helmet on, turn the overhead fan on and maybe feel like I'm outside
  • i can still drink slurpees while riding.... or margaritas for that matter
Let the Summitting / Triathlon training begin... ha !

Although...Drinking margaritas on the trainer is a sure fire way to fall off! :)
