a funny thing

for the FOOLs convention back east in June,  they are doing a silent 5K to honor fallen firefighters and I'm all excited about it... and Rob,  dead serious,  looks at me and says "honey - you need to start training for that"... and I get all indignant and roll my eyes and say 'sheesh,  it's only a 5K,  what are you thinking,  I can totally do 3.1 measly little miles"... and again,  completely serious he says "it's a SILENT 5K... you need to train for the SILENT part".... 

HA !!!!!!!!  Ok... he may have a point... 

So I have this on the way -  long sleeve shirt with this saying...
