woo hoo... wind trainer

It's official - 45 minutes on the wind trainer and no injuries !  I was supposed to run 2 miles at 12:47 pace today for my half marathon training.  I vetoed that since I'm running stairs with my mountain guide tomorrow (look at me all cocky and switching up a training program!).  

So I know I needed to get some cardio in,  and I set up the trainer,  put on the ipod, watched Oprah show me how to have the 'best life' and off I went. 

I basically kept my heart rate up at a decent pace and just rode.  Hurt my butt... and it was harder than I thought, and I completely forgot about a 'cadence' (like I know what that is even).  But i did it !
