How to end a Sunday

This is Queen Anne Hill.  It's really close to the condo.  Usually we walk up the slightly steep part... to the flat part before it goes up this BIG hill... we walk to Pesos. :)  However,  today, it was nice out.  I couldn't go for a jog (calf / shin whatever you wanna call it.. issues) soooo  I thought I could do a fast power walk up it,  not just to Pesos... A L L the way up it.  Seriously fun !  And the ol' heart rate got up to a good 178 !  Nice work out !  On the way down,  I walked the other side of the street.  I kept finding all these stairs,  so I figured since I was going downhill, heartrate was good,  I'd throw some stairs in. So every staircase I found,  I ran up them.  Some actually end up in people's yards... ooops... wave, say good afternoon, turn and head back down !

Also - great work on the walking! I just got distracted by the thought of the margaritas!
