No elliptical, no jogging, no stairs, no lunges, no squats, no leg presses, no smith machine, nothing.
Which translates to no Love 'em or Leave 'em 5K, no St Pats Dash, no StairClimb, no Wenatchee 10K or Half... nothing.
I can swim, I can row, and I can bike. That's it. I'm crabby.
And to top it off, I had to have a blood draw to check my Vitamin D and thyroid levels.
This does not make me happy. And I'm not a good bystander. 'nuff said ... I have to go research "no impact exercise" and figure out zero calorie foods since I won't be doing cardio. I'll let ya know what I find !
