Going for the Gold :)




Successful people replace the words “wish”, “should” and “try” with “I will”.

Ok... since I've been posting about goals and such... I figure I 'd put mine out there.. in no particular order. Some, I have dates on.

Get the V’s back by June 1st – then keep them !

Watch my tone – body and voice - daily

Cocktails once a week

Vegas twice this year (june and ?)

Cook for Rob at least once when he’s home on 5 days

Get to the gym 4 days a week or sweat – every week for 52 weeks.

Use the Polar the way it should be, not just as a watch

Go on a bike ride – a long one and be brave about it

More protein – less alcohol

Eat fresh

Take a spin class

Take a yoga class

Eat at home more

Write down daily food intake

Register for a race in a different place.. San Fran ? Vancouver ? the Coast ? Orlando ?Chicago ? New York ? Boston ? And it doesn't need to be a 13.1 miler... I can do a 10K or a 5K. Just something different

Eliminate one credit card

Figure out the bus schedule

Listen when people with large amounts of schooling behind their name tell you what to do (ie rest when told to etc)

Cheer LOUDLY at the Sounders games

Volunteer at an animal shelter

Go to a wine tasting class to learn what I like, not just by the label !

Learn a foreign language

more protein - less alcohol. I'm SO with you!! I think I drank my weight in booze in December. GROSS. I'm doing a 2 week cleanse/detox as I speak. I already feel better (and it's only day 3). xoxo!
