Alrighty then... this is what I'll be playing with tomorrow. The Precor AMT 100i. Apparently these puppies
run around 8K. And my new downtown Gold's has 6 of them set up in the preview showroom.
Since the gym isn't open yet, I get to go play on these in the showroom. I'm gonna be lookin' like
a dork, but I want to see how my hip does with them. No impact. Looks like I can get a pretty decent
workout and honestly, my butt hurts from being on the bike 5 times this week ! OUCH ! It'll be nice
to see how this works out ! I'm excited !!

we have them at our golds - they're pretty cool!! kinda fun and bouncy.
